Zydrunas Ilgauskas of Cleveland Cavaliers have been declined to play for Lithuania for the Beijing Olympics.
Cleveland Cavaliers general manager Danny Ferry said that Ilgauskas is a high injury prone player. The 7-foot-3 Ilgauskas was hampered by foot injuries early in his career and the Cavs are concerned about his lower back also.
This was Zydrunas Ilgauskas's last chance to play for Lithuania in the Olympics.
