Elliot explained how he was watching Fox News yesterday and saw Rick essentially standing in fishing waders in the middle of a flooded street in Missouri, along the banks of the Mississippi River.
Since Rick's an old friend of the show, Elliot decided to see if his old cell number worked...while Rick was on the air. Sure enough, it did!
