Donnie "Dirtwoman" Corker did not file papers by yesterday's 7 p.m. deadline for the Richmond mayoral race, therefore he's now out of the running! Seven others did file, each gathering 500 signatures on their petitions, with 50 from each of the city's nine electoral districts. It can only be assumed that Dirtwoman didn't have the number of signatures required to file and...money. He is however, still accepting donations in the form of roses...right Elliot?
