Early on Monday morning, Feb. 4, a woman called the DC-101 radio show "Elliot in the Morning" and identified herself as Amber Lynn Koger. Elliot Segal, the morning host told the Connection Newspapers that she sounded hysterical. She said that she had been living separately from her husband and the police had come to see her and her two children to be sure they were safe, Segal related. She said police told her they had gone to the Oak Hill home and found that someone, presumably Koger, had shot up the walls and burned personal effects. Segal said that law enforcement officers and lawyers in the bankruptcy case had sought to obtain transcripts of the exchange, which was broadcast on the radio.All of this would explain why Tyler previously asked, "Why do people have to do bad things and then call to gloat about it on the radio?"
