Back in August 2005, a study from Liverpool John Moores University in the UK found that one in 25 fathers are unknowingly raising another man's child. A woman called claiming that she had went behind her husbands back and got a DNA test on a child from his previous marriage. The test came back negative, and she was still debating on telling him the truth. Another guy called saying that he had doubts that his daughter was his. Of course, Elliot tried to get him to take a test in-studio, but unfortunately, that never happened.
Right around 8:30AM, listeners were treated to Elliot's infamous interview with Dexter Manley on March 21st, 2008. The interview spawned a new term for EITM listeners: Rumor Meer! If you missed it, you can find the audio here and here.
Would you tell a co-worker that their breath stinks? No! Just do what the people at Owens & Minor of Mechanicsville did. Send
After a quick debate, Elliot made the call and gave Terri the news in true Elliot fashion. He first told her to cup her hands in front of her mouth and breath, followed up by saying, "People in your office are afraid to stand near you." Not surprisingly, Terri hung up...
Shortly after that, Elliot received a call from, "Sean Cranney", a co-worker of Terri's who wanted to know who sent the fax. He told Elliot that the bit was mean-spirited and inappropriate. By the end of the call, The Class and a majority of listeners determined that "Sean" was indeed the person who sent the fax.
This bit definitely needs to be revisited with an update!
