Luckily for fans (and Tyler), Kenny did call, and Elliot lost thirty bucks because of it! The flip-flop enthusiast was in town for his "2008 Poets & Pirates Tour" which will span 14 NFL Stadiums across America this summer.
Saturday night he played at M&T Bank Stadium in Baltimore, MD. Among the performers were Brooks & Dunn, Big & Rich, and LeAnn Rimes. Sammy Hagar, who was also on the bill, left the following message on his website early Saturday morning:
Baltimore and Redheads!Sammy seemed fine when he spoke with Elliot on Monday...flip flops, tank top, 'round the clock, non-stop.
I'm upset to say that I will not be performing in Baltimore tonight. I apologize for any inconvenience this has caused, and hope to see you in Cleveland! Peace!
