Ryan Martin of Manassas said he fell asleep on the couch, only to be awakened by a naked man who demanded that he let him stay the night. Police say 22-year-old Zachary Catlin, of Dumfries, was taken into custody and charged with public drunkenness, burglary, indecent exposure and resisting arrest. He is being held without bond.
