Kevin J. McCarthy Jr. Resurfaces!
Elliot read an email this morning from Kevin J. McCarthy Jr., the self-professed #1 fan of the Redskins, who has many tattoos to prove it. He's also a former EITM regular, who has scaled back his correspondence in recent months (for professional reasons)...
