This morning, Elliot played his interview with Clown of Slipknot...The first few minutes of the interview went seemingly well, until things turned a touch awkward. Clown, whose real name is Michael Crahan, came out of character as he talked about his wife and driving his kids to school. A far stretch from the masked man he plays on stage.
In one breath he said it was an honor to have songs played on the radio and in the next breath he said he didn't need radio. "We're not even for your show...you need us more than we need you," he said.
Elliot abruptly ended the interview by saying, "don't waste your time with me then," and hung up the phone. Dammmnnn!
Clown not only embarrassed himself with his numerous contradictions, but he also showed us what a complete tool he really is. If Slipknot doesn't care, they wouldn't stage listening parties at Hot Topic or set up focus groups to help record their albums.
Clown pretends he doesn't care about anything, but the truth of the matter is, he really does...
The REAL truth is...WE don't need you Clown...YOU NEED US!
