North Carolina-based announcer Chris Rollins has been tapped by Clear Channel to be the on-air "voice" of its new Baltimore alt rocker, Channel 104.3, WCHH...He also does voice for Richmond's Q94, who according to Dirtwoman, hates gays and blacks.
