David Phillips, who claimed he had sex with Sen. Larry Craig in 1987, and who fought to keep his vanity plate that said "POOFTER", checked in with Elliot on Friday. He was calling to talk about some charity, but all I remember is that he'll soon be undergoing brain surgery for a medical condition.
P.S - He still has his license plate...
