DCRTV reports that Clear Channel is waiting to decide the fate of Baltimore's "Channel 104.3" until after it receives results from the electronic Portable People Meter radio ratings, which debut in the Baltimore market in July. Changes may not take place at WCHH until late 2009...Stay tuned!
