Flounder In Richmond!

Flounder is currently in Richmond handing out Chili Cook Off tickets at different locations.

So far he's been to the Funny Bone in Short Pump and The Diamond. His 3rd and final stop is supposed to be a good one!

Could it be Club Velvet???
