Roche & Flounder Fill In For Elliot

Between commercial breaks and music, Roche and Flounder filled in for EITM this morning. Reminiscent of a college radio show, it definitely wasn't Elliot, though the technical difficulties made us feel right at home. One thing missing from the phone lines this morning was the redundant question many callers ask..."Is this me?" I have a feeling that in between breaks, most of the segments were pre-recorded and edited.

Nevertheless, we did get a programming update for next Friday. DC101's Roche and Whitney will host the Kegs & Eggs Rewind from 6-8AM, highlighting previous Kegs & Eggs shows. Than at 8AM, Kegs & Eggs 9 will kick off with The Class and the performers live from the Clarendon Ballroom in Arlington, VA. For all of the details on the event, click here!

Elliot In The Morning in Dubai

Someone asked me today if Elliot had gone Dubai yet. My response was, "Not yet, didn't you hear the show today?" To which they replied, "No, I got sick of hearing about their trip to Dubai."

Well, if you're not a fan of Dubai or as Kyle says, Doo-Bye, than you probably won't want to check out EITMOnline.com or listen to the show on Friday, because it's all about their trip to Dubai for the Desert Rock Festival.

Elliot, Diane, Kyle, and Tyler will be accompanied by Ed (the tech guy) and 2 listeners as they leave tonight on their trip to Dubai. They will arrive in Amsterdam on Thursday at 8AM for a seven hour layover. While there, Diane some of them may partake in a little 420 and possibly a strip show in the infamous red light district.

After the fun, The Class will then board a flight to Dubai, where they are expected to land somewhere around midnight Friday morning. Elliot said, they will most likely check in, take a nap, go get breakfast around 6AM, do the show around 4PM, and then watch the concert. These plans can possibly change if Diane refuses to be strip-searched in front of their plane when it lands.

Speaking of Diane...between hacking and coughing her way through "Dirt" on Wednesday, and Elliot's coughing and bowel problems, I'm sure the flight to Dubai will be a blast! Go prayer time!

Nevertheless, tune in tomorrow to hear Roach Roche filling in for Elliot on both stations with a non-Zoo type show. Tyler will be vloging the entire trip, so be sure to check EITMOnline.com for the latest updates.

Tune in Friday morning to hear the show live from the Desert Rock Festival in Dubai! TMTH!

Last Show Before Dubai

Tomorrow is D-day (D for Dubai) for EITM...

After the show is over, The Class (minus Flounder) will head to Dubai, with a pitstop in Amsterdam along the way. I'm sure we'll hear all about the last minute details tomorrow morning, along with a packed show to boot!

EITM will talk with comeback kid Valerie Bertinelli and Matt Costa will be in-studio.

EITM Mentioned In Richmond Paper

As I previously predicted, EITM was mentioned in the Richmond Times-Dispatch on Monday for the interview they did with Club Velvet owner, Sam Moore.

Click here to check it out!

Nic Sheff Sounds Like Kyle?

How many of you turned the radio on Monday morning and could have sworn you heard EITM's Kyle talking about his past drug use?

You're not the only one! Though their voices are strikingly similar, that was actually Nic Sheff, who was in-studio with his father to talk about the tragic story of Nic's drug use. You can find Beautiful Boy: A Father's Journey Through His Son's Addiction and Tweak: Growing Up on Methamphetamines in stores now.

Sick Tease

Elliot doesn't sound so good...

He should probably try to get better, especially since he's leaving for Dubai Wednesday. The fact that he's a Jew is bad enough in Sam Moore's their eyes, he doesn't need to be under the weather to boot!

Get better E-Dog.
